The tragic incident happened along the BR-369 highway between Ibipora and Jataizinho, where Andre’s motorcycle was struck head-on by a 17-year-old driver operating a car without a license. According to local police chief Vitor Dutra, the unidentified teenager crashed into Andre’s motorcycle while attempting to cross the road.
