Giant Python Attacks Baby Hippo Near River

A shocking wildlife moment was captured near an African river, where a giant python was seen attacking and swallowing a baby hippo. The footage quickly spread online, leaving viewers stunned by the snake’s incredible size and strength.

The massive python wrapped its body tightly around the young hippo before slowly beginning to swallow it. Several hippos could be seen nearby in the water, but they were unable to save the calf in time.

Experts say pythons are among the strongest snakes in the world and can consume prey much larger than their heads thanks to their flexible jaws and expandable bodies.

The dramatic encounter is another reminder of the brutal reality of the wild, where survival can turn into a deadly battle at any moment..
