Gemma Atkinson is an English actress, radio presenter, and former glamour model best known for her roles in British television dramas and her appearances on reality shows. Born on November 16, 1984, in Bury, Greater Manchester, she first rose to fame as Lisa Hunter in the popular soap opera Hollyoaks (2001–2005). Her portrayal of Lisa, a character who faced intense storylines including bullying and domestic abuse, showcased her acting talent and made her a fan favorite. She later reprised the role in spin-offs such as Hollyoaks: Let Loose and Hollyoaks: In the City.
