6 kale leaves
3 carrots
2 red apples, chopped
1 beet
Half a lemon, peeled
2.5 cm ginger piece
Ensure all ingredients are organic and properly cleaned.

Instructions:

Blend ingredients with 1-2 cups of water.
Strain and stir.

Optional: Add ice for a cooler drink.
Store in a glass jar in the fridge.
Precautions:

Avoid lemon if you have ulcers, heartburn, citrus allergies, or are on certain medications.

Beets are not suitable for those on anticoagulants or with kidney disease.
