Hurricane Rafael, an unusual November storm, has strengthened to a Category 2 with sustained winds of 110 mph.

The National Hurricane Center (NHC)

has issued warnings for areas along Rafael’s path, including the Florida Keys, where heavy rain, flash flooding,

and tornado risks are expected. With the potential for further strengthening over the Gulf of Mexico,

officials urge residents to prepare for major weather disruptions and monitor advisories closely.
