As new information about their final private conversation before his untimely death surfaces, Brooke Hogan finds solace in a final phone conversation with her estranged father, a WWE legend.

Despite their separation in his later years, Hulk Hogan’s daughter Brooke Hogan has expressed happiness that she had one last opportunity to talk to her father when he passed away from cardiac arrest at his Clearwater, Florida, home on July 24, 2025.

On Thursday morning, Brooke received a text message from her brother Nick informing her husband, Steven Oleksy, of his passing. Because of a number of problems including the way the WWE legend handled his daughter, Brooke and Hulk had been at odds for years.

About two weeks prior to Hulk’s marriage to Sky Daily, in early September 2023, they had their last chat. According to reports, Brooke conveyed “deep love and concern” during that contact, advising him to slow down and take better care of his deteriorating health.

During that conversation, Hogan gave her a general apologies without defining it, but he did not heed her advise. Her husband, Steven, had made several attempts to reconcile her and her father, even though she did not attend the wedding.

Hogan never met his grandchildren and reportedly responded coldly when he reached out after Brooke’s life-threatening delivery. One source claims that the Hulk “ultimately wanted a relationship with her under his terms.”

Brooke is thankful that she was able to say “I love you” during their most recent discussion, despite years of struggle. She claimed that knowing that she has done everything in her power to shield and assist her father throughout the years brings her serenity.
