Instead of being asked when they\u2019d have children, they were often asked why. Despite public scrutiny and medical risks, the couple now have three beautiful children.<\/p>\n<p>Due to their genetic conditions, each pregnancy carried serious risks. Their children could inherit one parent\u2019s form of dwarfism, be of average height, or inherit both conditions\u2014something doctors say would be fatal at birth.
