We spotted on the verge something that looked like a dead bird, but as we passed it it moved,\u201d Paul told British paper Metro. <\/p>\n<p>Ezoic<br \/>\nThe dog, obviously deserted, was discovered in Lincolnshire, England.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe dog was on its own, sitting licking the contents of a fish and chips carrier bag,\u201d Paul adds. <\/p>\n<p>Ezoic<br \/>\nPaul jumped off his bike and approached the dog.
