flights to El Salvador, intensifying President Donald Trump\u2019s ongoing legal conflict with the judiciary.<\/p>\n
U.S. District Judge James Boasberg stated that the government\u2019s lawyers did not provide the required information regarding<\/p>\n
the deportation flights\u2014which included individuals slated for immediate removal under the 1798 Alien Enemies<\/p>\n
Act\u2014and failed to clarify whether they deliberately defied his court order, Fox News reported.<\/p>\n
In a scathing order issued Thursday evening, the judge noted that the government \u201cagain evaded its obligations\u201d by not submitting the necessary details, even<\/p>\n
after he permitted them to do so under seal. The filing they eventually submitted was hours late, but he claimed it did not adequately answer his questions, Fox added.<\/p>\n
The administration sent the court a six-paragraph declaration from a regional ICE office director in Harlingen,<\/p>\n
