It was bad luck, but that\u2019s life, right?\u201d \u201cFirst I had surgery on my back, then on my shoulder, then on my hip, and finally on my should.\u201d I spent a lot of time just focusing on physical therapy. \u201cOn top of all that, two years ago, I started walking a little stiffly, I was shuffling my feet and I went to a neurologist and they gave me a brain scan and I was diagnosed with Parkinson\u2019s disease.\u201d He said he was lucky to have caught the disease early enough for it to spread slowly, and that he was taking the right medicines to stay \u201ccool.\u201d He went on to say that he was done with stand-up comedy and wanted to focus on writing and acting. A HONOUR TO LARRY DAVID On Wednesday, Larry paid tribute to her in a moving statement that HBO shared. He said, \u201cRichard and I were born three days apart in the same hospital.
