Today I turned 100.
\nOne hundred years of mornings, seasons, work, prayers, losses, and little victories that only time can teach.<\/p>\n
I\u2019m not asking for gifts. I\u2019m not asking for a party.
\nI just wanted to feel remembered.<\/p>\n
Because when you reach an age like this, you start counting things differently.
\nNot money. Not years.
\nYou count faces you loved\u2026 voices you miss\u2026 and the simple moments that warmed your heart.<\/p>\n
I sat here today and thought about the birthdays I celebrated for others.
\nI\u2019ve sung for children, hugged friends, smiled for neighbors.
\nAnd I realized something that hurt more than I expected: sometimes, the quietest people are the easiest to forget.<\/p>\n
If you\u2019re reading this, please don\u2019t let another soul feel invisible today.
