\nIn a shocking and candid interview with Rolling Stone magazine , Paris Jackson\u2014the only daughter of the late \u201cKing of Pop\u201d Michael Jackson\u2014revealed that she attempted suicide on several occasions due to severe depression and also revealed that she was raped by a stranger at age 14.<\/p>\n
Although Paris\u2014now 18\u2014made headlines for a suicide attempt in 2013, the superstar\u2019s daughter revealed it wasn\u2019t just a one-time occurrence.<\/p>\n
\u201cI tried to commit suicide several times ,\u201d the young woman told the aforementioned publication. In June of that year, drowning in depression and drug addiction, she attempted to kill herself by slitting her wrists.<\/p>\n
Suicidal thoughts began after her father\u2019s death in 2009. \u201cThey always say time heals, but it really doesn\u2019t.
