In a short video shared to Instagram by Ashley, Biden was seen ringing the bell at Penn Medicine Radiation Oncology in Philadelphia, a symbolic tradition for cancer patients upon their completion of a round of treatment.<\/p>\n
Ashley Biden posted the vide to her almost 29,000 Instagram followers, with a caption that read: \u201cRung the Bell! Thank you to the incredible doctors, nurses, and staff at Penn Medicine. We are so grateful!\u201d<\/p>\n
Another photo showed Biden standing with his family, which Ashley captioned: \u201cDad has been so damn brave throughout his treatment. Grateful.\u201d<\/p>\n
Speaking of his own diagnosis earlier this year, Biden said: \u201cIt\u2019s all a matter of taking a pill, one particular pill, for the next six weeks and then another one.<\/p>\n
