In a moment of hope that quickly turned haunting, two of the 27 girls missing from Camp Mystic, Texas, have been found alive \u2014 hidden deep inside a sewer tunnel nearly 2 kilometers from the original flood zone.<\/p>\n
Emergency crews were alerted after K9 units picked up a strong scent trail near an abandoned utility road. When they opened a partially sealed manhole, they were stunned to hear a faint knocking sound echoing from below.<\/p>\n
Moments later, they found the two girls \u2014 aged 9 and 11 \u2014 curled together in near darkness, cold, dehydrated, and terrified but alive.<\/p>\n
But what chilled responders even more were the first words one of the girls whispered after being pulled out:<\/p>\n
He told us not to tell anyone where we are\u2026 it\u2019s located at\u2014\u201d<\/p>\n
