Lake Howell High School student Dylan Charles had a vision: to revive the \u201cHot Scots,\u201d a short-lived but legendary drumline from the \u201890s. Together with his equally talented friends\u2014Nigel Fernandez, Matt, Elias, and Jordan\u2014he transformed that vision into an electrifying, stick-flipping, beat-blasting spectacle that would go down in internet history.
