Vice President JD Vance has sent shockwaves through Washington after declaring that \u201ca lot of people\u201d are about to be indicted for their roles in the so-called Russiagate scandal.<\/p>\n
Speaking on Fox News Sunday, Vance stopped short of naming names but pointed to recent explosive disclosures from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard as \u201cconclusive evidence\u201d of an aggressive violation of the law.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf you look at what Tulsi and Kash Patel have revealed in the last couple of weeks, I don\u2019t know how anybody can look at that and say there weren\u2019t aggressive violations of the law,\u201d Vance told host Maria Bartiromo. \u201cThey defrauded the American people by turning Hillary Clinton\u2019s talking points into intelligence.\u201d<\/p>\n
Last month, Gabbard began releasing classified documents from the Obama administration\u2019s investigation into alleged Russian interference in 2016. These releases include proof that top intelligence officials had evidence Russia did not hack voting systems in a way that could influence the election\u2019s outcome.<\/p>\n
Following the revelations, Attorney General Pam Bondi launched a DOJ \u201cstrike force\u201d and attempted to convene a grand jury to investigate possible criminal infractions.
