Wrestling icon Hulk Hogan passed away on July 24 at age 71. His d**th, caused by a heart a**ack shortly after heart surgery, raised questions about his estate. Most notably, fans and media wondered why his daughter Brooke Hogan was not mentioned in his will.<\/p>\n

At the time of his d**th, Hulk Hogan\u2019s net worth was estimated at $25 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. He leaves behind two children, Brooke (37) and Nick (35), from his marriage to Linda Hogan. Hogan had also recently married his third wife, Sky Daily, in 2023.<\/p>\n

On the Bubba the Love Sponge Show, Brooke revealed she asked to be removed from her father\u2019s will before he passed. She explained she wanted to avoid family disputes over money.<\/p>\n
\u201cI was sobbing,\u201d Brooke recalled. \u201cI just said, \u2018Take me off everything. I don\u2019t want to be a part of it.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
Her outlook changed after she became pregnant with twins, Oliver Andrew and Molly Gene, earlier this year. Brooke and her husband, former NHL player Steve Oleksy, welcomed the babies recently.<\/p>\n
Husband Supports Her Choice<\/p>\n
Steve Oleksy publicly backed Brooke\u2019s choice, telling Us Weekly she acted with integrity despite the personal pain involved.<\/p>\n
\u201cI believe my wife upheld her dad\u2019s best interests even after his death,\u201d Oleksy said. \u201cShe showed courage and kindness, even while hurt.\u201d<\/p>\n
He also criticized how some of Hogan\u2019s wealth was made. \u201cThat money does not represent accomplishments in the ring,\u201d he said. \u201cMuch of it came at the expense of my wife\u2019s dignity. It was built on hurtful comments about her and her past relationship, which caused pain not only to her but to many other families.\u201d<\/p>\n
Addressing Public Questions<\/p>\n
Brooke\u2019s radio interview came after fans noticed she didn\u2019t attend WWE\u2019s on-air tributes to Hogan. These tributes included a 10-bell salute on Friday Night SmackDown and Monday Night Raw.<\/p>\n
