\nA TikTok creator unknowingly filmed what could have been a fatal encounter after picking up one of the most venomous creatures on the planet without realizing the danger she was in.
\nIt might sound like something straight out of a horror movie, but for one TikToker, this terrifying situation was all too real. She innocently recorded herself collecting seashells by the water\u2019s edge, not knowing the potential risk right in her hand.Beckylee Rawls shared the now-viral video on TikTok. In the clip, she is seen calmly strolling along a beach in Okinawa, Japan, when she bends down to pick up a shell from the sand.<\/p>\n
She then holds the shell up to the camera to show it off before gently setting it back down. At the time, she had no idea that she was just moments away from what could have been a life-threatening situation.
\nIn the caption of her TikTok post, she reflected on the encounter, writing: \u201cLast time I ever pick up a cone shell barehanded\u2026\u201dThe clip left a lot of viewers completely stunned once they realized just how dangerous that seemingly harmless shell really was.
